Undertaking:
  1. I certify that all information provided in my application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  2. I fully authorize Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to verify the authenticity of any or all of the information submitted by me according to their official requirements.
  3. If any forgery/ discrepancy with respect to any of the information found or otherwise at any stage shall result in cancellation of the application. Legal proceedings might also be initiated as per rules
  4. I certify that I have read all the general terms and conditions related to this program and understand that any decision related to the eligibility, verification and reimbursement of certification fee is not challengeable in any court/judiciary.
General Terms & Conditions:
  1. Global IT Certifications Program is not an offer of an employment and it is in no way associated with any future employment opportunity. The Program only aims to provide global certification opportunities to the candidate to enhance their professional capability and employability.
  2. Candidates will be required to follow all the rules and regulations of the program including confidentiality requirements.
  3. Due to limited seats, candidates can only apply for certification once, so please make sure to carefully select appropriate and relevant certification. In future, candidates may be eligible to opt for more certification as per Government of Punjab’s decision.
  4. These certifications are being offered on first come, first served basis. The applications can be rejected at any time or stage depending on number of certifications/slot available.
  5. Candidates will have limited time to select a certification and apply for an exam. If a candidate doesn’t apply for a certification exam in prescribed time, the application will be rejected.
  6. Candidates who successfully pass a certification exam may be eligible for reimbursement of certification fee contingent on approval of certificate, payment proofs and other related information. If a candidate is found guilty of forgery or discrepancy in reimbursement mechanism will be subject to legal proceedings as deemed necessary.
  7. Candidates are requested to provide only their personal bank account details for reimbursement. Payment will not be reimbursed in any account other than candidate’s personal account. In case of other account, candidate will not be reimbursed.
  8. Certification fee will be reimbursed as per actual inter bank account rate of dollar at time of payment.
